How to Select Which Insole You Need

Determine What Foot Type you are

Wet the soles of your bare feet and walk across a floor or some brown paper which will leave a footprint like one of these below.

 

High Arch

You will most likely benefit from one of our maximum support orthotic insoles

PlantarFix Orthotic Max Support – Firm  or  PlantarFix Orthotic Max Support – Cushioned

If you have never worn orthotics before, it is usually better to start with the cushioned insoles.  The firm orthotics have some cushioning but not as much as the cushioned.

Normal Arch

You will most likely benefit from one of our medium support orthotic insoles

PlantarFix Orthotic Med Support – Firm  or  PlantarFix Orthotic Med Support - Cushioned

If you have never worn orthotics before, it is usually better to start with the cushioned insoles.  The firm orthotics have some cushioning but not as much as the cushioned.

Flat Arch

You will most likely benefit from one of our minimum support orthotic insoles

If you have never worn orthotics before, it is usually better to start with the cushioned insoles.  The firm orthotics have some cushioning but not as much as the cushioned.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We post all orders by Royal Mail which typically takes 2 - 4 working days but can take longer.

If you select next day delivery, only orders placed before 2pm will be posted that day for delivery the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days for next day deliveries. Any orders placed after that will be posted the following working day for delivery the next working day. A signature will be required.

Is the price on the website for a pair?

Yes - all prices are for a pair of insoles, heel cups etc and includes free delivery

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Free delivery is posted by 2nd class Royal Mail which typically takes 2 - 4 working days but can take longer.

If you select 1st class Royal Mail, this typically takes 1 - 2 working days.

If you select next day delivery, only orders placed before 2pm will be posted that day for delivery the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days for next day deliveries. Any orders placed after that will be posted the following working day for delivery the next working day. A signature will be required.
