After trying a few cheaper options I can say that you do indeed get what you pay for. I was surprised at the instant relief I felt and now two weeks later a continued support that relives my heel pain.
Months of pain. Unable to put weight on my left foot took me to the GP. Plantar Fasciitis diagnosed. Insoles recommended before referral to Hospital etc.
I bought these half insoles and after probably four days I saw improvement and today fifteen days on I got out of bed with no pain! Fantastic improvement.

I know you are supposed to take it slow and build yourself up to getting used to them, but from the moment i put them in my shoes I have had a lot of relief and I'm only on my first hour, that's why I have chosen to review early, you got to give credit where credit is due, brilliant just brilliant, soon as I can I'm ordering another pair, I'm over the moon that by next week I can take my beautiful little blue staffy puppy walking again, I'm 50yrs old overweight trying to get back my health and then all of a sudden this plantar facilities in my right foot hit me felt like a crippled old man, now I have hope, good and quick service, excellent product 5*+

After 6 months of living hell with the pain in my feet 🦶🏻 I couldn’t believe that within a week 90% of the pain had gone, 2 weeks on I’m pain free again.
I have bought a few pairs of these Orthotic Insoles following pain in the arches of my feet following long coastal walks in my walking boots. The insoles have completely cured my Plantar Fasciitis symptoms and I am now pain free and enjoying my walking immensely. I can highly recommend this product.

Really great, the comfiest ones I've had for work shoes and standing all day in retail. Have bought knock off ones from amazon for convenience that looked identical but aren't even close in the thickness and correct position of the instep, so came back to PlantarFix where I knew the quality for money was justified.
I was looking for a solution to my knee pain caused by over pronation which these dealt with completely and as a side effect also seems to have dealt with my occasional plantar. They seem to be lasting quite well too. Got them in all my shoes now
I have tried several different arch supports but Plantarfix adjustable supports are brilliant.
I have bought several pairs of them now for different shoes and boots and they are definitely worth the money.
Bit late with review sorry. Bought these earlier this year and they have made a significant difference to my P.F.,so much so that I am about to order another pair.
They are much more affective than some of the market leaders that's for sure.
I don't usually write reviews but I hope these will help you as much as they helped me.I was in real pain with Plantar fasciitis. These innersole totally got rid of the pain after a few days of using them. I couldn't recommend them more. I keep them in my shoes all the time.
